Before beginning the Facial-Flex system, read or view this 10-minute video for the necessary instructions that will properly get you started.

The next step is to use a moisturizer that will condition your skin for the exercise and enhance the effects of the Facial-Flex device. Our Advanced Renewal Complex with antioxidants was specially formulated for this purpose.

Place the Facial-Flex horizontally between your lips, resting the plastic end pieces in the corners of your mouth as shown.

Press the corners of your lips against the resistance while forming an oval. Fully compress, then release. Do this two (2) minutes - twice daily. Increase the number of repetitions as you become stronger.
